Beta Program Overview
Claryn’s beta program gives early adopters access to the platform before general availability. This page explains what the beta covers, what to expect, and how feedback shapes the product.
What is the beta program?
Section titled “What is the beta program?”The Wave 1 beta is a limited-access period during which a select group of organizations uses Claryn under real but controlled conditions. Beta participants get early access to features, direct support from the Claryn team, and a say in product direction.
What’s included

Beta terms
Section titled “Beta terms”- Beta access is free or discounted as agreed at enrollment
- SLAs during beta are best-effort, not contractual
- Features may change, be removed, or be replaced before general availability
- Data handling during beta follows Claryn’s privacy policy; see Security & Data Handling
Feedback and support
Section titled “Feedback and support”Beta participants are encouraged to report issues and suggest improvements. See Support Policy for contact details and response expectations.
End of beta
Section titled “End of beta”When the beta period ends, your organization will be offered a transition to a paid plan. Data created during beta will be preserved, subject to plan selection.
