Beta Program Overview

Claryn’s beta program gives early adopters access to the platform before general availability. This page explains what the beta covers, what to expect, and how feedback shapes the product.

The Wave 1 beta is a limited-access period during which a select group of organizations uses Claryn under real but controlled conditions. Beta participants get early access to features, direct support from the Claryn team, and a say in product direction.

See Module Availability for a current list of features that are available, in preview, or still in development.

  • Beta access is free or discounted as agreed at enrollment
  • SLAs during beta are best-effort, not contractual
  • Features may change, be removed, or be replaced before general availability
  • Data handling during beta follows Claryn’s privacy policy; see Security & Data Handling

Beta participants are encouraged to report issues and suggest improvements. See Support Policy for contact details and response expectations.

When the beta period ends, your organization will be offered a transition to a paid plan. Data created during beta will be preserved, subject to plan selection.
