Secure Exchange Overview
Secure Exchange lets your organization send documents to external recipients — partners, clients, suppliers, or auditors — through an encrypted, access-controlled channel.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- An admin or collaborator initiates an exchange and attaches one or more files
- Recipients receive a notification email with a secure access link
- Recipients authenticate (or create an account if needed) and accept the exchange
- Files can be downloaded only within the access window defined when the exchange was created
- All access events are logged for audit purposes
