Data Processing Agreement
Section titled “Data Processing Agreement”A DPA is available for organizations that require one for LGPD or GDPR compliance. The DPA covers:
- Claryn’s role as a data processor
- Sub-processors used (cloud infrastructure, email delivery)
- Data retention and deletion commitments
- Security measures in place

LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados)
Section titled “LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados)”Claryn is designed for Brazilian businesses and is built with LGPD compliance in mind:
- Personal data is collected only with a valid legal basis
- Data subjects can request access, correction, or deletion via the DSAR process
- Claryn acts as a data processor for customer data; customers are the data controllers for their end users
